Change a student’s life today.
When your company supports Youth Link Southern Indiana, you help equip the next generation of team members, leaders, clients, and customers, by helping us to remove barriers to student success. You can help students develop a lifelong love of learning and learn how to nourish the social and emotional skills they need to be successful in every area of life; helping to link our youth to the pathways to success.
Encourage your employees to become 321 READ volunteers.
Businesses can be great partners in this program by giving employees the flexibility to volunteer during the school day to read with a struggling students. Less than 1 hour per week is enough to set a student on a path to literacy and academic success.
Coordinate a donation drive.
We welcome the donation of many items that can be used within our programming. This might include items to meet basic needs (e.g. clothing, coats, hygiene items, school supplies, etc.), books for 321 Read students, educational materials or supplies for our afterschool programs. We encourage you to contact us to discuss the various program needs.
Provide speakers and activities for afterschool programs.
Both our 21st Century Community Learning Centers and the Extended Day Learning Program provide enrichment activities for our students in grades K-12. You or your employees can lead activities for our programs based on their skills and interests or your company’s expertise. Contact us to talk through possible options.
