Trivia Night

TRIVIA NIGHT TABLES

Trivia Night is an informal, fun competition where teams battle to see who has the greatest knowledge of trivia. A team by our definition is a maximum of 8 players – $240 per team (table). Doors will open at 5:30pm. The program will begin promptly at 7:00pm.

TABLE CAPTAINS

Each table will select a captain. The captain’s duty is to fill out the table’s answer sheet for each round. We recommend nominating a captain who is good at filling in answer sheets in a timely manner.

TABLE THEMES

There will be a contest for the best table theme. Please bring your own decorations, costumes, and food items. Get creative!

GENERAL RULES

• There will be 4 rounds with 10 questions per round. Each question will be read twice. Due to limited time (and short attention spans), we will move quickly and efficiently.
• After the second reading of the question, you will have 30 seconds to write your answer. You must provide only one answer with the correct verbiage.
  Perfect spelling is not required but the judges should be able to recognize your answer. If more than one answer is given, the answer will be disqualified.
  Pieces of scrap paper will be provided for your teammates to pass answers to the captain.
